Delivered less than I ordered. Poor customer service - 3 Dozen Pink Long Stem Roses

I ordered 3 dozen long stem roses and only two dozen long stem roses were delivered. They were of mediocre quality. I tried to contact customer support for a refund and they ignored me for a while. Eventually I got a response from an online chat representative that they would inform the manager on my case and they would "contact me asap" and then they left the chat immediately and i was never contacted. I will never order from them again - I would advise you do the same.
