False advertising ripoff

My husband ordered gorgous bouquet of flowers for valentine. I received it the next day and it was a shabby vase with 11 red roses. He had ordered a special designed Micheal Weems vase. This was a 1 dollar vase they found in the trash.

The bouquet existed out of carnations, white lillies and a red roses filled with other white flowers.instead I got the 11 red roses on valentines day.

When I called to complain they said they had run out of the vases and were not sure which bouquet they send me. They told me they would investigate and maybe (slight maybe) they would refund a small amount of the price of the original flowers.

I was shocked to here this. Any woman likes to be treated nice on valentine and to receive 11 roses (i don't like roses) when you ordered something totally different is false advertising.
