Unprofessional

Very unprofessional and irresponsible owner. I order a bouquet from her over a month ago for my grandmother's funeral and asked for photos to be taken of the bouquet since I was out of state and would not be able to see them at the funeral. Today (a month later) I called to learn that they had been mailed today. The only contact or effort that was made was on my part. She didn't even return phone calls or call to notify me it would be so long before receiving the photos. When politely explaining to her that I did not feel it was handled in a professional manner she continually interrupted me and neglected to not only take responsibility, but apologize. I strongly recommend that you do not waste your time with this company. Their prices are comparable, but there are several other flower shops within the area, which are more professional and accountable.
