Delivery botched, Company doesnt return calls

We ordered a very large and expensive bouquet of flowers to be delivered to our Uncle's Funeral. We ordered two full days in advance. We specified that they needed to be delivered by 11AM in order to be on display before calling hours began. We called four times that day to try to track down our lost flowers. No one ever returned our calls. They never arrived until almost 3PM when there was less than 1 hour left of the visitation and memorial service. Blossom Florist (Jill) accepts no responsibility for the fact that our request was honored and will not return phone calls or work with us on an adjustment, claiming that she is not authorized to do so. This funeral was in Florida and we are in New York. This made it very difficult for us because we 1) that was our only representation at the funeral of our uncle and it was botched, and 2) we are so far away physically -we cannot see the florist, the flowers or talk to anyone directly. Beware of this company. The texas bbb has numerous complaints against them on file. I am sure other area bbb's do as well.
