Terrible customer review

Just another unhappy Totsy shopper. They never reply to questions, much less resolve problems. I stupidly referred a friend to them - she waited a couple months for a single pair of shoes. They promised her a courtesy credit on her account for the delay, which she never received. When she finally got the shoes, I (of course) didn't receive my referral credit either. I've contacted them 8 times asking for my credit - a couple times I received form responses. Then I received a response from someone saying that they had put in a request to their technicians to issue the credit. That was 2 weeks ago. I emailed them again yesterday asking for the credit, but haven't heard back.

They are SHADY. Guess I'm glad I don't have the credit so I don't have to deal with them anymore. Jerks.
