They didn't specify shipping costs! - Stride Rite shoes

I am really frustrated with Totsy because I put in an order for a pair of shoes. The entire time I had no idea if and what the cost of shipping was. So I thought I was paying $21 for my shoes and I submitted my credit card info. Come to find out, there was $8 tacked on to my credit card bill after the fact, but I was never informed of this. I asked to cancel my order and they will not. This is very deceptive practice, to not specify the amount they are taking from your credit card til after you have submitted the transaction and there's no way of cancelling!
