I ordered a pair of shoes over the phone in SEPT 11. However, my credit card was debited OCT 11 THRU FEB 12, and I never ordered or received any merchandise. That's 5 months charges of $39.95! When I called to complain and speak with a manager, they claimed no manager was available and I must have AGREED. I denied any such agreement, and pleadged to report them to BBB. The reps said they would give me a COURTESY, 3 month credit to my credit card, BUT, I would need to order 2 pair of shoes from them in order to get the remaining 2 months store credit. I finally got a response from the BBB complaint today, where they have agreed to give the additional 2 months credit card credit, if I return the shoes they just sent me yesterday. I CAN'T wait to SEND the shoes back, and close my SO-CALLED VIP ACCOUNT. What a FRAUD!
