Read entire letter before you waste your $

I also received a very important looking letter filled with references to Colorado revised statues advising me of the necessity of filing a Periodic Report with the Secretary of State.

You have to get to the last paragraph of their letter to discern that they are in fact soliciting you. If you provide all of your information to them along with a check for $225.00 they will kindly file the $15.00 report using no more information than you already provided.

I have seen many "official" documents warning me of dire consequences if I don't act now but this was particularly misleading and deceptive in my opinion.

Beware! Warn your staff and friends about this.
