I am the secretary/treasuer for a non-profit corporation. I file a annual corporate report with the Colorado State Treasurer's office. This letter is titled Periodic Report, and references a couple of Colorado Revised Statues, and solicits a annual fee of $225. I suspect the statues are phony.
