Poor service and no delivery

I requested floral decoration for grandma's 90th birthday celebration. They established the purchase and shipping day/period and BILLED ME TOP DOLLAR PLUS ACCOUNT rather than the reduced price about the printed bill. Nothing came. After I named to research they stated they offered the purchase to Celebrity Flower Shops in Illinois and provided no reason behind no shipping and provided no payment or rectification. They stated I'd need to watch for a boss to contact me. They'd an entire insufficient treatment or support so when I stated I earned a reimbursement and they must provide this and provide me payment they stated if we return you then you definitely get no blossoms. Subsequently, THE WOMAN EXPLAINED TO AWAIT A BOSS AND HUNG ON ME! I'm livid and also have approached my charge card to challenge and credit the costs. Don't use the corporation, they smell!!!
