Requested Birthday flowers to be sent to my child at college on her 18th birthday. Paid added for before midday delivery-so that she'd certainly have them before college was out. Blossoms never arrived, but I had been billed over 62.00 for them. And so I contact them. They set me on-hold and return with... Oh sorry mam, these never went. Therefore the only present was to return the additional charge I taken care of before midday shipping... That they didn't although they claimed they'd. So they state, nicely we shall provide the blossoms for you rather because it has become nearly 5pm. I told them exactly what a waste of period and just how the birthday surprise had been destroyed, but decided since I taken care of them... I would aswell obtain the blossoms given that they wouldn't return the deal.in a nutshell, after 5pm blossoms were shipped... Driver decreased the blossoms and left water through her vehicle and passed us a container of virtually useless blossoms having a teddybear that smelled like smoking. It had been obvious these were tossed together like a lastditch attempt. I've images to show that the great proportion of the blossoms were useless. Given fromyouflowers do not create the preparations, however they have the effect of our fulfillment also it was only a poor offer the entire approach. I published and named repeatidly and they'll do-nothing about this but apologize. They aknowledge it all and acknowledge it, but won't perform a factor to solve it except present $10.00 off my next purchase. NEXT PURCHASE??? Never again. Watch out for Fromyouflowers.com.
