None Computer Volume Interferrence

Ive been a MagicJack user for almost three years now. I contacted consumer complaints after my first two, to see if there were performance or credibility issues encountered by other customers.
Access was listed as one problem and I found myself in the same position when I tried to connect a cordless phone, encountering severe background noise, so I plugged-in a ten dollar corded phone and all of it vanished. Then I saw reports complaining of terminated service for frequent calls and those of long duration, so I began to shorten calls and to make them less frequently.
I also pay by the year, since I saw that people who paid for multiple years were also disconnected for frequent use, but I didnt expect to start having daily episodes where my computer volume suddenly boosts-up and then freezes in position, so I cant change it. Caused specifically by the MagicJack, switching itself from the Telephone, to the Headset mode in the Menu pane.
When I found this occurring and no solution for it, I contacted their office and reported it. They, in response, talked me through a series of steps aimed at a solution, or so I was lead to believe. The process of my contacting them and also their pretending to look for a solution squandered three hours in a period of two days, with zero resolution! They have a policy of waiting for around two minutes to answer each inquiry or response, so you can imagine how much time is required.
Once I surmised that this company was maliciously interfering with my computer sound settings, I experimented to find a solution and did. I discovered that if I have a volume jump and it freezes, so I can no longer adjust it manually, I simply go to Menu and look for the words, Switch to telephone. Then I click it and the words, Switch to Headset appear, which means I can now adjust the volume to its originally lower level.
This problem persists, because of the fraudulent business model of the MagicJack company, but for $19.95 a year, I have phone service thats something I need when the other options are offered by far more expensive parasites, who arent shy about expressing their hostility in so many subtle ways.
Oh yes, has anyone had their bank account raided by a fraudulent company, but dont know what to do? Contact your local police department and tell them you want to file a criminal case. They can direct you.
