MagicJack
False advertising at its best

I received my magicjack on 7-1-08 I was so excited about how fast it claimed you could set it up and get it working. I plugged it in and 7 hours later it was still not working. I talked to 5 different techs mostly because they continued to have me restart my computer which causes you to loose any conection you have with the company. And by the way you never get the same tech so you start over from the very begining every time. They told me to try onother phone to connect to the magicjack so i did no luck then they tell you to try another computer which I dont have I mean I am trying to pay 20 dollars a year on phone service what makes you think I have more than one computer. The sad thing is the computer I have is new. I asked if it could be a defective unit and they asked if the magicjacks blue light was on which it was and they replied that if the light was on it wasnt the magicjack. Long story short 7 hours, 5 techs = no service I should have figured it out when you can only chat on line with a company selling phone service. I mean there product is so bad that they havent even figured out how to use it.
