AT&T
When I reported this as fraud - I got a long email describing what I had to do to stop it. No safeguards. I think this is fraud on AT&T's part - they are big enough to have safeguards. Charges in the Phonyville

My phone bill is automatically charged to my credit card - it NEVER exceeds $40.00. This month it was almost $85.00.
When I reported, what I regard as fraud to ATT - I got a long email explaining all the steps I had to take to make sure this did not happen again. This included a long list of things to for parental blocking.
The tone was clear; this was MY fault.
I am 74 years old, live on Social Security and I'm the only one who uses my phone.
I am outraged. Is there an agency I can report this to? A class action law suit?
