Destroyed package insured for 500.00 and havent paid me for it

In March I delivered a pension shadow package seachest to some other Chief Petty Officer within the Navy, I covered it for $500.00 and delivered to California condition, following # 1ZW8434Y0334424845. While he obtained it he might tell from the situation of the delivery container that it'd been ruined. We adopted all of the promises procedure to obtain repaid for this but still even today haven't gotten something. This pension container was made from unique timber from his grandfathers seachest, and included a his dads funeral hole. It's been 5 weeks and that I havent noticed something!
