Incorrect 1099

Ssa delivered me a 1099 for 2008 claiming i obtained over $16,000 in pensions & annuities.

I worked at the corporation for 8yrs. I had been never permitted start a pension. Ssa statements i obtained a pension from march march.

I had been told ssa was notified in the government. I acquired all evidence in the government who never notified ssa. I approached the sears, inc. Who combined with kmart i had been delivered evidence that i never received any pension or award.

I had been called a liar from the associate manger at ssa.

I asked for reconsideration ssa refused the reconsideration. And so i submitted for a formal hearing. Meanwhile ssa informs me i owe them $827, & funds of $67.40 could be taken before $827 was paid. It was after i submitted for a formal hearing.

Today hearibgs are supported. Judge jordan can't hear my case for another year or 2. The cases he's reading today are from november. Our appeal was filed in august. I used to obtain three or four characters per month from ssa. I've not received any words from ssa since september.

When you have a complaint from the ssa your very best choice would be to go to the president. Thanks.
