Damage done to suspension

Should 4 new goodyear wheels along with a front-end positioning. Paid $671.96 left with $400.00 in broken/broken struts. Delivered following day was informed struts were currently damaged. Vehicle went good before sears car handled it simply require new wheels. Required to positioning expert to identify te issue was aged struts were eliminated and vehicle trip just like a go-cart!!! Called sears management still waiting. My spouse is just a experienced handicapped retired technician!!
