Strut broke, pump broke, main board broken?

We bought a stackable Kenmore front-loading machine/dryer in August. The design range is 44152 also it was produced for Kenmore by Frigidaire.

We Have had handling issues with this device from day-one. I have paid support technicians and useful individuals to arrived at our home to balance the machine directly after we were not able to do this ourselves. Fourteen days before the machine quit entirely. I'd an equipment support technology out to displace the struts (evidently it includes plastic struts which once split) however it nevertheless would not begin. The Frigidaire technology I'd out today could identify a damaged push ($280) but stated I'd require a Sears technology to see the remainder of the error codes. He thinks the primary panel might be damaged and explained there are sporadic door-lock difficulties and load problems. The technology explained it'd be another $195approximately for that primary panel, but that there might be additional issues merely a Sears technology can identify precisely. Two 5 yrs old, people.
