Fraudulent billing, customer service gives me no recourse to my dispute

I enjoyed Cingular service with a $75 bill every month and with 600 anytime minutes we always had rollover minutes. I added another line and upgraded to 1000 minutes and all of a sudden I was getting billed $500 for the month of November 03. I called customer service and they did take off half of that and told me that I should get nights and weekends and then my bill should be not over $110.

December 03 I was charged $480. Called to talk to customer service and the woman told me that my cell phone habits have obviously changed. I said that yes, they have, I've cut down since the last $500 bill! I went ahead and payed since there was no arguing.
January 04 bill came in at $654! Wasn't an itemized bill. I called and talked to a very helpful woman who told me that her supervisor "was busy" and that she would have her call me back in 3-4 business days.

One week later I called again and talked to 4 people who kept cutting me off and then I'd have to call back (I believe that is one of their tactics) I finally got to talk to a supervisor (Barbara Souza) who told me I had no recourse and that I am responsible for this bill because this is what my equipment is doing—making all of these calls. I told her that I know I'm not making all of these calls and could she explain to me that HOW my cell phone usage had changed so drastically when I added that third phone.

My bills since April had been in the $75 range up until I added that third phone in October and changed my minute plan to 1000. I don't get it. We've stopped using our phones until the end of the month. So far, I've got 400 minutes on one phone and 150 each on the other two. We'll see what happens. I am disputing the $654 bill and will write to TRW to let them know. I am discontinuing Cingular at the end of the month and I'm not paying one more penny. I am interested in a class action suit.
