Circle Consignment They take consignment items and DO NOT PAY you for them!

In July of last year, my son brought in a 3 mo old leather sofa for consignment. I moved in Aug and lost the agreement slip. I called the shop and told Michelle I lost the slip and had moved and had a new phone number, which I gave both to her, she said she would look for the slip. I called about a week later and asked if she had found it. She said she hadnt had time, but the sofa was still there. I checked back every 3-4 weeks until november. I stated I would come and pick up the sofa and Michelle advised me it just had been sold and checks get mailed out the following month. I never gort a check, I have contacted the BBB and Attorney General, which neither got a response from Circle Gallery.
