Placed an online order February 26 for 100 bubble envelopes and paid with PayPal. Never got any kind of receipt order was being processed or shipped. The website says it ships Fedex and should arrive in 5 days. Waited and sent email to the company and got no response. Phoned them and left voice message and call not returned. Had to file a PayPal claim after 2 weeks to get money back which got their attention. Short note with refund says they don't ship internationally or to Canada. No where on the website it states shipping restrictions and they had my money for 2 weeks before I got it back.
