Waiteco Precision Machining Taking orders and payment and not shipping product. Deceptive website

I placed an order with Specialty Racing Products (SRP) via their website order form. I paid for the order with PayPal. I never received my order, or even a response to my numerous inquiries. Unfortunately, I waited longer than 45 days to file a dispute with PayPal, so that solution is not available.

I tried contacting the person my payment went to according to PayPal. That person is Peter Mendes. He is the president of Peak Manufacturing, previously named Waiteco Precision Machining, which I believe is the parent company of SRP. Mr. Mendes has not seen fit to respond to any of my attempts to contact him.

I have done some online research on SRP, and found they have been accepting orders and payments on their website without shipping product since at least 2007. The last update on their WHOIS listing was in so it appears they are continuing to maintain their website with it's functioning web store while failing to ship paid-for products to customers.
