Whilst shopping in brighton with my daughter i noticed there was a girl going to an emmpty till removing tags offf several items and wrapping them in a sweatshirt and placing the items in her bag. The paper tags were littered all over the table, I told the assistant who disappeared, but moments later i saw her just chatting. She did not take it seriously and i thought why should she just walk in and help herself when my daughter has saved up all her money to purchase her items. The sales staff were too interested in talking to each other and were in their own worlds and were not really there to help. They were just standing there looking pretty but not really wanting to help.
