Hollister manager service is sucks

I went Garden walk hollister, ca. Actually, i chooseed 20 pices items. However the manager said I can take only the 10 items. 2 weeks ago I got 20 items at the same store. How they changed the rule between 2 weeks? Also, the manager's attitude is sucks. She told the other lady who helps me for paying " Hey, you don't need fold it. Just throw in the bag!". She said like that 2 times. I asked her "Do we have any problem? She is helping me. She fold for me" then she said..."You want kick out here? I can call security..." and she said a lot of thing but I can't remember that because I'm really upset. Isn't she crazy? I just pick the items then take out cause she said that's too many. I followed every rules what she want. Do I need hear that kind sould? I don't want go back to Hollister. Never!!
