Scam - re-posts others housing craigslist listings as their own and tries to charge you $99 to sign up as a "member" for their service

I just wanted to report a SCAM company, thepropertyfinders.org. I called them as they had an ad on craigslist for a apartment I was interested in. Something sounded a little fishy when I talked to the lady on the phone. She said
that you had to pay $99 for a "membership" which allowed you access to the apartment listings and gave you a credit check which you could use to apply for the properties. I asked if they were a management company and she said no, we just offer a credit check and listing service. I researched more and found out that they were most likely taking listings
that were already on craigslist from people listing their own apartments for rent and then re-listing with their phone number and trying to scam people for $99 to pay for their fake service. Want to make sure that no one falls for this rip off!!!
