Omg, why did i pay $295? The following is a quote from craigslist when listing a classified ad in housing:

"IMPORTANT - If you are a housing broker or are charging a fee to renters, please indicate this fact prominently within your posting."

Grandcentralapartments.com in BOSTON has more than 150 listings for apartments for rent, and not one that I find discloses that it charges a registration fee of $295.

When I searched craigslist housing forum I found:

Just wanted to get this back up on the posts to blast the horrible business ethics of grandcentralapartments.com. Beware of this company, they are total thieves and there are plenty of others that were scammed by them. 44 complaints since they were created (ROR redacted link) Just wanted to warn others not to fall victim to thier scam.

For anyone that has come across the grandcentralapartments.com apartment listings, DO NOT use them. For $295 you are wasting your money. They guarantee to help find you an apartment or your money back. My fianc and I used their service and was unable to find a decent apartment. Their listings were horrible and many were misleading. When I requested a refund because I was not able to find an apartment from them, they refused! Their service is horrible and I would recommend not wasting your time or money.

Does anyone have anything good to say about Grand Central Apartments in Boston?
