Less Than Satisfied

I preordered an album-shirt package weeks before it came out and I was so excited about it. Here I am 3 weeks after the album released still waiting for it to arrive. I emailed them and they emailed me back in a timely manner and sent me the tracking number which I could find on my own. The tracking didn't show my package had even shipped yet. I have never had a problem with them in the past, but this might be my last transaction with MerchNow.
