I ordered something for my boyfriend for Christmas on December 3rd, and it didn't arrive until the 27th. And the whole package didn't even arrive. Its the 16th of January, and I just got the rest of the package.

Customer Service said it would be here with plenty of time for Christmas, but that wasn't the case.

The processing time is way too long for ordering online. I've never had to wait that long for anything to be shipped to me, even stuff from other countries makes it on time, and this was coming from New York. Merchnow needs to get their shit together, because this is pathetic. I will never ever buy anything from them, I'll stick to paying more from Amazon, than having to pay double to return the stuff because I had no use for it. This was the worst experience from ordering online, and I most definitely will not be telling anyone anything good about them.
