MerchNow is horrible

I ordered a shirt for a friends birthday, and it's been 7 days. They still haven't shipped it out. Their site says it takes up to 5 business days to ship out. First of all, I don't understand how it takes 5 days to package a shirt, and send it out. They stated on their site, if it needed to be rushed, to contact them and they would try their best. I called and emailed, and they said they would try to send it out if they could find my order. Well, the shirt won't be here for my friend's birthday. It still hasn't been shipped out. I will never order from them again.
