I purchased a shirt from Sears about one month ago & they will not allow me to return it

I gave it like a surprise. It had been the incorrect size and so I chose to return it for that proper measurement. The worker declined to I would like to return it.

She stated that it had been no further within the pc which it had been a-shirt from last drop. She stated that the top was also outdated however I bought it last month.

I continued to request a reimbursement or another top. She questioned me to consult with two additional clerks that handle the grievances. One of these agreed to spend me five bucks for that shirt after which provided three bucks for that top. I paid $20 for this top.

I asked them what occurred towards the plan that additional shops employ & return the cash or I would like to trade it for another top? I believed that Sears stood behind its goods. I'd prefer to have my money returned, however it appears that perhaps I have to record this silly event towards the Better Business Office.

Perhaps I ought to simply stay with purchasing products from WalMart. WalMart hasn't provided me this type of difficulty after I return some of its goods.
