KING SIZE Charged my Card without my premission, phone clerk tricked lied about what she was doing about a return

I called KingSize men clothing after ordering from their catalog and receiving a defective shirt which I sent back to see if they had gotten the shirt back.

The clerk I spoked with asked if I would like to exchange it and I said yes. When I checked my card I see where another shirt and 7.50 shipping has been added, during our conversation I never said that I would pay for anything.

When I called KingSize the clerks that I talked to said that first I could not cancel an order I had placed less than 10 hours ago and that some time in the future they would credit me for the shirt but I would have to pay for the return shipping even thourgh it was defective and ther fault. And I would have to buy the shirt that I now no longer want and send it back paying another shipping fee. Do not ever buy anything from king size, or kingsizedirect.com.
