Woodstock welding source is just a poor company to-order from. On Saturday Feb. 05 I requested a component from their store online. I paid additional for USPS Express shipping since I required the the component ASAP. Thurs. Feb. 10 the component hadnot appeared, I named Woodstock and they stated they'd monitor it and contact me back. When they'dnot called back, I delivered them a contact requesting where my component was. I obtained an awful email from their store informing me that since my purchase was little, they could not be troubled to monitor it. They also explained within the email that my purchase was not worth their time to offer with as well as in the near future to put high-dollar purchases easily needed better service. It has become 2/13 but still no part. I might reccommend not purchasing out of this organization.
