I requested a Movie Mentor item online, and didn't realize that I'd to come back area of the purchase inside a specific period or perhaps a cost of $189.00 could be taken from my bill. Once the cash was obtained from my consideration, I named Video Mentor, plus they questioned me to come back the required item, that we did. They explained that I'd obtain a complete refund within 21 to thirty days once they obtained my delivered item. I tested my bill today, it wasn't delivered, and so I named Video Mentor, and was informed that it'd not been completed instantly, so that they might place a "rush" onto it, and that I can get it in 10 to 15 MOR business days.

They'd not a problem getting the cash from my consideration, but appear to possess a severe difficulty returning it.
