Sent me a letter informing me that my daughter Annaleishia was chosen to be in their yearbook for young American. For the yearbook, plaque and picture I was given a list of pricing. District of Columbia, Washington

In August of I recieved a letter by mail, stating that my daughter was a recipent of the Whoswhopublication. They gave me the options of a yearbook, plaque, (with or without picture) or just the publication of her achievements, along with a price list. I chose yearbook and plaque which totaled $121.00, purchased by money order.

Everytime I tried calling I got the number was out of service; tired emailing I get a message "due to large orders opertions have ceased, we are trying to get this issue resolved, check our websites periodically for updates. I called today and got an opertor name Rita, who claim the person was not answering and wanted to take a message. I want my Money and these criminals to be prosecuted to the fullest for fraud, educational fruad is a federal offense.
