BCA Charges Parents $20.00 for a yearbook that they never seem to receive and if they do its 2-3 years later. Don't they know that people have family members that have attended BCA and they have shared this information of not receiving a yearbook. Correct me if I am wrong but a yearbook is to be received before one graduates so that it can be signed by teachers and fellow classmates. What good is the yearbook months are in most cases years later. Charging a fee and not delivering the product is a "Fraud" and then to ask parents to help in the production of the yearbook is absurd. I am so glad an 8th grade student confirmed that she is still waiting for the yearbook from her 5th grade graduation that took place in 2006 knowing that made it easier for most parents to except that they may never receive the yearbook they paid for.
