Beware of becoming employee beware of dangerous products

I have worked for dollar general for many years and have to say they ARE the worst employee ever.

1st. After working 36 hours in a week, they clock you out but make it manditory that you volunteerly work for free after the 36 hours.

2nd. Promotions come without raises, even though they are promised.

3rd. It is manditory that you must work in any store they want you too in the state you work in, if you think you will be working in the store you apply for only you are wrong. They will have you travel from store to store, tell you that you will be reembersed for travel but don't.

4th. They will work you so many hours that it will distroy family and relationships. When they are done with you, all you will have left in your life is dollar general.

I have worked in both California and Arizona. Arizona is far worse. I transfered to California after being sexually harrassed by the DM. Dollar Gen. Said they would handle the situation internally but yet The DM. Is still working, huh Brian?

Then there are the products.

I have found there products to be very poorly made and hazzardess. The electrical appliances are dangerous as I found out after purchesing a heater that cought on fire. Also there childrens toys are not age appropriate, there baby toys have small parts that can be swallowed. There food products are very often out dates. All in all, They seem to purchase the cheapest products they can find and sell them without regards to safty. I am not sure why they have been allowed to do this for so long.
