Million Dollar Baby sold us through JCPenney unsafe baby dresser that tipped over, crushed and killed our 11 month old son. Later investigation found that the dresser did not comply with ASTM standards and company obviously knew about it since they quietly improved later models without doing a recall or letting consumers know about the danger like they were suppose to under the law.

Million Dollar Baby and JCPenney do not care about safety of their products at all and do not stand behind their products. They deny everything even when confronted with proven facts. To them safety means calling their dangerous products safe and getting a lawyer when anyone challenges that.instead of actually making safe products and testing them. They dont realize that childrens lives are at stake.
