Poor service at Dollar General

Im not exaggerating, but eveytime I visit our local Dollar General store, there is a long line of people waiting to be checked out and only one cashier. Today I asked another worker if he could help out. He asked the cashier and she said no. He then told me that he could'nt open the other register unless she allowed him to because she is the manager. I vowed not to go back and I wont. There is another discount store that is diligent in getting people checked out. All of my friends have the same complaint about this particular store. Someone really needs to have a talk with this manager or really GET rid of her and get someone else that will get people on their way. Im done with this Dollar General store!
