I had been switched to an assortment company allied who ge switched me to I approached them-and questioned the bill plus they offered me the run-around I actually sent paperwork for them declaring where I settled the statement. They're rude and that I may comprehend but I settled the expenses I finnaly got fed up with fighting together and settled the total amount. I spoke to some boss and many individuals lastly today about the 16th of feb they explained it was a statement from september they claim I never compensated but couldn't supply me having a copy of it. I also attempted to keep in touch with penneys customer support plus they explained to keep in touch with allied. Used to do not understand I'd two balances and that I have now been spending the levels of the expenses that I've obtained in the email on acount 628l and never on my benefits card. I can't realize why I owe a statement on a merchant account that they claim I charged on and also have been spending the expenses the same as these were delivered to me within the email. I'm like I've been billed unfairly and need this mess straightened out. Easily did owe the statement I usually spend. I settled the total amount nowadays of $92.70 without the late charges that we feel used to do not owe since I have confirmed where I paid $92.70 on 1-11-11 which where did that money visit. No body might provide me a right solution and clearly I'm really annoyed at this time. I really hope they did conserve the way in which I had been handled about the telephone. Why I'm obtaining a statement to get a consideration that I don't have with no statement for that benefits card that I've. Please straighted out the clutter and recommend me and that I don't need two balances and at this time unsure basically wish to cope with Penneys who I never had an issue with till gemb got around.
