Poor customer service, rip off, scam, Fort Lauderdale

Our landloard has a contract with this company and our oven recently broke. We called and specifically gave them our cell phone numbers because we work during the week and waited 2 weeks for a weekend appointment.

The tech they supposedly sent said he tried to call us at some number we never gave them. Mind you this is after waiting all morning on a Saturday for him to show up. He never even bothered to knock at the door or ring the doorbell. The only way we found out was by calling back and asking why the tech hadn't shown up.

The lady on the phone gave us this lame excuse and offered to reschedule us in another month.By the way, we asked to speak to a supervisor and were told they would have to call us back. I'll post back with what they said if they ever do.

Don't waste your time or money on this company.
