Well fresh of the phone with a very nice rep from the company. But my beef is with a loan officer (Noel Hoblit) we are officially F* thanks for his short cutting. We told him what our situation was, we were really close to being 30 days late on our mortgage and he tell us don't give your payment we will take care of it. Being that it's his job to know all the details to refinancing we figured that he knew what he was talking about. Like in other comments on this page he treated us like a sales rep at a car dealer. I thought the company was about treating people that served there country right not just a loan number go fig her. To make a long story short now we have to wait another year so we can refinance due to laziness on Noel Hoblits part. So if you are thinking about refinancing your home make sure you have a loan officer not a car dealer sales rep just trying to meet a quota. Well I guess it's almost the same, I take it back at least with car dealer you know you get screwed but they are up front about it.
