Not responding to my query

About the 12th May I sent authorized Smart seeking legal advice, until nowadays I'venot obtained legal advice. Subsequently on Wednesday 20 May I sent a contact to client solutions and and customer service to ask about the e-mail I delivered. Then they called me on Thursday and that I was informed that the specialist will-call me and till nowadays they nevertheless have not called.

Iam unhappy with support that Iam getting from Legal Smart.
