A bunch of pop ups appeared on my computer telling me I had numerous infected files. It wiped my desktop clean and I could not access any of my photo/video/document files to transfer for a quick reformat. It told me I had to purchase their software to rid the problem. Unable to do anything else on my computer I purchased the software and was left with a crashed and unacessable harddrive which I had to take to a technician for a fix, the virus came back a couple of days later and I had to opt for a complete re-format. Furious!
