On Sunday, 11 April I invested roughly R7,000 at Amazing Link Eastgate on the notebook and also the 'alarms and whistles' togo withit. Amongst these acquisitions was a Targus wireless mouse, which, like the rest of the product, was under warranty.

The mouse worked the very first evening it had been mounted, after which never again. I attempted to switch it to get a corded mouse (more trusted I had been just educated AFTER purchasing instant) on Friday, 16 April.

Not just did Amazing Link Eastgate WOn't trade the faulty mouse, the supervisor, a Mr Maynard Dicks, advised me when the mouse was certainly defective, Amazing Link wouldn't wish to or wouldn't it go back. It was this type of crazy point to express, section of me in the beginning thought it had been some type of laugh.

It was no joke. Essentially, IC Eastgateis plan, when I realize it in the dismissive Mr Dicks, is: you purchase defective product unconsciously - your condition

I wound up purchasing a fresh mouse at Sport, where they've fundamental knowledge of the precepts of customer support.

Incredible Connection has dropped a person for a lifetime. Additionally, I'm really verbose, and certainly will NEVER end frustrating folks from patronising them
