On Christmas day 2003 someone opened an account with Verizon Wirelss with money from my checking account. I contacted Verizon and was given the run-around for over 1 and 1/2 hrs annd finally was told that they couldn't help me without the account number that was opened. I tried to explain that it was my money that opened an account but it was not my account. They told me they couldn't help me. If anyone knows what I could do next help me.
