Brand new snowthrower broke for second time 2 week wait to fix for second time

Our completely new snow thrower I purchased at sears and bought the support contract has become damaged for that second-time. The point that has me pissed-off is every time I've needed to delay two-week to possess them emerge to correct it. I reside in New England we've obtained lots of snow this winter (and that's why I bought a snow thrower within the first position). I've needed to scoop my two-car broad 200 foot drive-way with little parking lot manually or use a snow thrower from the friend.

This is the final Sears purchase for me personally (it's where I've looked for anything). Can somebody suggest a great option like homedepot or everywhere else?
