Sears *. They call to set up shipping period within 2-hour window. Subsequently contact to express they cannot create it for another time. Subsequently contact to express cannot create it for one hour or 2.

While planning shipping, you decide on your day, they choose the period. When they skip the period then they select evening and period aside from comfort.

In the last decades we have handled Sears with no trouble and consistency they currently need. It appears they overlook just how to handle a paying client.

This can certainly be my last participation with Sears as well as their sorry support.
