Shipping vehicle didn't tell me and struck my vehicle

I bought a " Television from Sears also home delivery was needed by it. Once the product was shipped the shipping vehicle didn't tell me and struck my vehicle. 2 of my neighbors observed this incident. I named Sears to protest and was handled with complete disrespect. Because Sears subcontracts the shipping to New England Retail Show, Sears claims them doesn't worry. I was completely abused and attempted to cope with New England Retail Show. All of the period my calls were not actually returned by them. Once my state was refused by the they did via e-mail - how classless! They'd not really allow me decide the reality of the event and to evaluate my vehicle for their shipping car. Therefore not I've a brand new Television but a vehicle that is damaged! Following an ongoing connection with Sears this event has quit me so annoyed that I'll NEVER cope with Sears. For New England Retail Specific - additionally they own Call-a-Mattress. Any shipping they create to your house would be completely scrutinized by me.
