Not informed and still charged

A consignments we trusted to Skynet was ruined i. E burned up, enroute to Cape Area during November which no body advised people of the reality.

Substitute plans and publishing needed to be completed at an additional expense to us, to which we told Skynet in a proper notice. Up to now (3-4 weeks later) we've obtained no reaction from administration, just an account for these packages which we shall WOn't spend on primary.

I've approached our salesperson, that has educated me he no further works for that organization, on calling Skynet's practices to talk to a person in control, I'm subjected to to numerous people, subsequently informed that Administration are hectic in conferences and also to abandon a note to allow them to return to me. I've yet to listen to from Administration, and certainly will consequently never make use of the providers of Skynet again.
