No one wants to take responsibility

We purchased a mattress along with a notebook on credit in December. I lay for over fifty percent an hour or so without them detailing or requesting something about insurance or shipping expenses, they just published the purchase in a guide and explained they'd deliver the paperwork to my spouse to signal since credit was on his title. It seemed as though they'll examine it with my spouse. He believed anything had been mentioned and authorized on my own, visited Beares after getting a phone and closed the documents in hurry - it had been past 5 pm. He fetched the notebook, but was informed the mattress is only going to appear Wednesday. It had been just shipped the Friday, having a backup of the agreement.

On examination of the documents, he observed they included an optional insurance which we weren't informed and did not need, AND billed us R1000 for shipping, despite the fact that the department is significantly less than 1km from our house. We called customer support, was informed the neighborhood department needed to form it out. The neighborhood department informed us they might do-nothing, we called HQ who stated it'll be fixed at department level. At department degree they informed us the recommended insurance can not be terminated despite the fact that we organized complete house insurance. The problem is still not solved.
